With Tom's program I can eat five or six times per day and I don't have to deprive myself of grains. I eat balance healthy meals that keep me going all day long with no slow down in my metabolism. I am never hungry or tired. This is amazing!

If you are really serious about getting fit and loosing weight and gaining back your energy this is the way to go. Nothing else works on a permanent basis. Don't think that this is going to be easy though.. You have to get up off of the couch and start moving.
